Each Moka user goes through identity verification to comply with Canadian regulations as well as anti-money laundering rules. If you’d like to modify personal information associated with your Moka account, simply send us an email, or contact us through the in-app chat and someone from our Customer Success Team will be happy to help.  We can change your:

✔️Email
✔️Phone number
✔️First or last name
✔️Date of birth
✔️Address
✔️Employment

Be sure to provide the new information in your message so we can update it as soon as we get the request.   The only thing we ask that you don't send us through the chat is your:

Social insurance number (SIN)

Just let us know you want to change this and our team will arrange a phone call with you to collect this information in a secure way.
