To change or reset your password:

  • Select the Forgot password? on the home page of the application;

  • Enter your phone number (i.e. the one associated with your Moka account);

  • You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS;

  • Use this OTP to change or reset your password.

If you have changed phone numbers since creating your Moka account, you will need to reach out to our Customer Success team in order to have your phone number updated otherwise you won't receive the OTP via SMS.
