To change or reset your password:

✅ Select FORGOT PASSWORD on the home page of the application

✅ Enter your phone number (i.e. the one associated with your Moka account)

✅ You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS

🚀 Use this OTP to to change or reset your password.

If you have changed phone numbers since creating your Moka account, you will need to reach out to our support team in order to have your phone number updated. Without using the same number on file, you won't receive the OTP via sms.
