Moka offers support primarily through the in-app or through email as we do not have a phone line to our office. You can reach us via the app by clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the overview page. Here you will have the option to start a new conversation or reply to an existing one by opting for "see previous" just below the new conversation button. 💬 

If you choose to contact us via email or the in-app messaging of the Moka application, usually you can expect a first answer from us within a day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Eastern time, and we do our best to answer everybody as fast as we can. During periods when we experience a high volume of requests, we operate on a "first come, first served" basis. If you do not receive an answer from us straight away (or within a day), don’t worry. Someone will answer you soon. We always answer every communication!
