Moka offers support primarily through the in-app messaging tool or through email as we do not have a phone line to our office. You can reach us via the app by clicking on the 💬 Contact Us button at the bottom of the Overview page.

Whether you choose to contact us via email or the in-app messaging tool of the Moka application, you can usually expect to receive an answer from us within one business day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (EST).

During periods when we experience a high volume of requests, we operate on a "first-come, first-served" basis. If you do not receive an answer from us straight away (or within a day), don’t worry! Someone will answer you soon. We always answer every communication!
