Moka offers support primarily through the app or via email. We do not have a phone line.

You can reach us via the app by clicking on the 💬 Contact Us! button at the bottom of the Overview page. You'll be greeted by MokaBot, our powerful chatbot. To learn more about MokaBot, you can go here.

Whether you choose to contact us via email or the in-app messaging tool of the Moka application, you can usually expect to receive an answer from us within one business day. Our support hours are Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm (EST).

During periods when we experience a high volume of requests, we operate on a "first-come, first-served" basis. If you do not receive an answer from us straight away (or within a day), don’t worry! Someone will answer you soon. We always answer every communication!
