Moka offers some great features that help you save more and reach your financial goals faster.
A great option to save faster is to invest one-time boost amounts to save more, faster. The boost feature allows you to make a specific, one-time deposit to your investments.
To boost your account:
Log in to your Moka application;
In the Overview section, select any of your goal(s);
When a new window opens, select + Adjust Contributions;
Indicate the amount you wish to add to your goal.
Then, the weekly contribution feature allows you to contribute a fixed amount, to any goal, every week! Adjusting the amount higher or lower, even by $1 can make a impact to what you can be on track for. Use the Moka Wealth Calculator to project a contribution amount that suits you. In order to adjust the weekly contribution feature:
Log in to your Moka application;
In the Overview section, select any of your goal(s);
A new window will open, select the "⚙️" button (upper corner right);
Select Adjust Contribution;
You'll then see the Weekly contribution option.
Keep in mind that boost amounts & weekly contributions will be transferred from your funding source at the same time, every Monday!
A great option to save faster with roundups is the multiplier feature. This feature allows you to multiply your roundups so you can double, triple, or even multiply your roundups by 8!
To access the multiplier:
Log in to your Moka application;
In the Overview section, select any of your goal(s);
When a new window opens, select the "⚙️" button in the top right corner;
Select Funding rules;
You can then choose to multiply your transactions by a number from 1 to 8.
