Making sure you have quick and easy access to your funds is important to us, this is why we process withdrawals every weekday.

We close withdrawals at 1 pm EST, Monday thru Friday. As such, if you made your withdrawal request before our cutoff time of 1 pm EST, your funds will be deposited directly into your designated funding source the next day.

Please note that we do not process withdrawals over the weekend.

If you’d like to deposit your withdrawal in an account other than the one that’s currently set up as your funding source, please keep in mind that you need to either:

☝️ Update your funding source in the app before you request a withdrawal or;

✌️Contact us before requesting a withdrawal in your application and request that we send your funds to a different account. If you contact us, you might be asked to provide proof that you are the owner of the new account (if that account isn’t already linked to the app).
