We don't want you to go! 😥 But, if you wish to close your Moka account completely, open the in-app chat and send us a message asking us to close your account.

You can also send an email at support@moka.ai from the email address you used to create your account.

If you request an account closure over the weekend, we suggest you skip your transfer in the app to prevent future transfers while you wait for a response from us.

Please note that unlinking your bank, pausing recurring deposits or roundups, not using the app, or deleting the app from your phone does not close your account, nor stop the monthly billing process.
