How to Link Your Bank Account to Withdraw Funds

Before you can withdraw money from your Mogo investment account, you'll need to link and verify your bank account.

Follow these steps to get set up:

How to link your bank:

  1. Log in to your Mogo app.

  2. Tap the Account tab (bottom right corner).

  3. Tap Transfers.

  4. Tap Withdraw to your bank.
    If you have more than one investment account, select the one you want to withdraw from.

  5. Follow the prompts to select or search for your bank from the list of available financial institutions.

  6. Enter your online banking credentials (your username or bank/client card number and password).

    Important: The name on your bank account must match the name on your Mogo account — be sure to use your own card, not a spouse's or partner’s.

Having trouble linking your bank?

  • If your bank isn't listed, or you run into an error during the setup, you can link your bank manually by uploading a void cheque or a pre-authorized debit form.
    Click here (from your trusted mobile device) to start the manual verification process.

What happens next?

Once you submit your information, our team will review it.
You'll get a confirmation email within 24–48 hours once your bank account is verified and linked.


Need to remove a linked bank account?

If you already have a bank account linked and need to remove or change it, just chat with us through the Help & Support section in the app (found under the Account tab).
