I already have a TFSA or RRSP account. Can I transfer it to Moka?

Yes, you can. Your transfer request should be made directly in the in-app chat room or by contacting support@moka.ai. Additionally, you should be aware that your financial institution will typically charge around $150 to transfer your investment account to another institution. However, if you transfer $15,000 or more to Moka, we will cover the transfer cost up to $150. For more details, please reach out to support@moka.ai.

Note that you can have more than one TFSA or RRSP with different institutions without any issues! Your contribution limit will remain the same across all TFSA or RRSP accounts owned by you.
