As a registered portfolio management firm, our partner Mogo Asset Management is required under security regulation to retain records of its clients for 7 years, from the date the record is created.

That being said, the information they are required to maintain is more generic in nature, such as name, address, activity in your Moka investment account, etc.

We do not retain any records of your bank or credit card logins or activity. We only retain what we are legally required to retain, and are subject at all times to The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which is in place to ensure your privacy.

🔒  You can be confident that Moka will not misuse or sell any of your information. The privacy and security of your data is something we take very seriously. Protecting your information is as important to us as it is to you.
