Trusted Contact Person

(TCP)

A Trusted Contact Person (TCP) is someone you authorize us to contact if there are concerns about your well-being or the security of your account.

While appointing a TCP is optional, it is highly recommended as an added layer of protection. Your TCP can help us:

  • Reach you if we have trouble contacting you.

  • Confirm details if we suspect you may be experiencing fraud, financial exploitation, or diminished mental capacity.

  • Help safeguard your account in case of unusual or suspicious activity.

Important:

  • Your TCP does not have authority to make decisions or transactions on your account.

  • They are simply a point of contact for Mogo to help protect you and your investments.

If you'd like to add or update your Trusted Contact Person, please reach out to us through the Help & Support section in your Mogo app, and our team will assist you.
